Return & Refund
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 28 days of your order’s delivery date for a full refund.
Any items returned must be in fully resaleable condition and in original packaging.
They can’t be opened and ,if applicable, the tamper evident seal must be still on.
We may refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
We will not accept any non faulty return where customer did not like the smell or different brand scent was different.
Any products sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed.

We recommend you use a posting service that provides a proof of delivery to return any items to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
Please note that if you are requesting a refund this will be for the value of the item only, we will only refund postage if the item is faulty.
Once we have approved & processed your return please allow up to 2-3 working days for any refund to appear in your account.
